Troubleshooting

Trumple

Can’t sign in? Trumple requires Game Center. Go to Settings > Game Center on your device and make sure it’s turned on and signed in.

Connection issues? Trumple uses a real-time connection for multiplayer. Ensure you have a stable internet connection. If you get disconnected during a game, reopen the app — it will automatically rejoin your active game.

Game is stuck or paused? Games auto-pause when a player disconnects. The game will resume when they reconnect or after a timeout. If all players have left, the game ends after a 5-minute grace period.

Achievements or leaderboards not updating? Achievement and leaderboard updates are sent to Game Center at the end of each game. Make sure Game Center is enabled and you have an internet connection. Updates may take a moment to appear.

Ricochet

Can’t sign in? Ricochet supports Sign in with Apple and Sign in with Google. Make sure you’re using a supported sign-in method and have a stable internet connection.

Connection issues? Ricochet uses a real-time connection for online matches. Ensure you have a stable internet connection. If you get disconnected, reopen the app — it will attempt to reconnect you to your match.
