Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of all mobile applications (“Apps”) published by Trumple Studios (“we”, “us”, “our”), including Trumple and Ricochet. By downloading, installing, or using any of our Apps, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using any of our Apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Apps.

2. In-App Purchases

Our Apps offer the following optional purchases, all processed by Apple through the App Store. Prices are displayed in your local currency before purchase.

Trumple

• Game Type Unlocks (non-consumable): One-time purchases that permanently unlock individual card games (Hearts, Spades, Tarneeb, Big 2, Differenzler Jass, Schieber Jass, Callbreak, Judgement, Rummy, Rummy 500) for offline play against AI bots.
• Trumple+ Subscription (auto-renewable): A monthly or annual subscription that unlocks online multiplayer features including private lobbies, voice chat, and exclusive cosmetics.

Ricochet

• Premium (non-consumable): A one-time purchase that permanently unlocks unlimited online games, boss event access, and friend challenges.
• Sparks (consumable virtual currency): An in-game currency used to purchase characters, emotes, and battle arenas. See Section 5 (Virtual Currency) below.
• Cosmetic Items: Characters, emotes, and battle arenas purchased using Sparks.

3. Subscription Terms

Trumple+ subscriptions are billed as follows:

• Monthly: Billed every month at the displayed price

• Annual: Billed once per year at the displayed price

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
• No refunds are provided for the unused portion of a subscription term.

4. Free Content

Trumple: Trumple (the original card game) is free to play offline against AI bots. No purchase or subscription is required for this core experience.

Ricochet: Core gameplay (Words and Maths modes vs AI) is free to play. No purchase is required for the base experience.

5. Virtual Currency

Ricochet uses an in-game virtual currency called Sparks. By purchasing or earning Sparks, you agree to the following:

• Sparks have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency.
• Sparks are non-refundable and non-transferable between accounts.
• Sparks can only be used within Ricochet to purchase in-game content (characters, emotes, battle arenas).
• We reserve the right to modify the pricing, availability, or functionality of Sparks at any time.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our Apps for any unlawful purpose
• Abuse, harass, or threaten other players
• Use cheats, exploits, or automated tools to gain unfair advantages
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or interfere with the Apps’ operation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content in our Apps — including artwork, sounds, game logic, and design — is owned by Trumple Studios and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Apps are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for any losses resulting from use of our Apps.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Apps.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
